Ever have that much on your mind, that things literally go in one ear and out the other, because bigger issues in life are stuck on your brain?

ironic? naomi's word of the week :p that mel says 'write it, draw it, journal it' haha...perhaps i got that from her! I DO know the feeling! And yes, what's a girl to do? To get what's on your mind that's bugging you the most, whether it's sadness, confusion, annoyance, whatever...is ALOT easier said than done, so I'm not going to say 'get over it' because I know exactly how you feel. And as much as you try to not think about it, it keeps coming back from reminders of little things or just...whatever! Grrr.

Everyone has made such valid points, all things I was going to say but I got in to late.
It so hard when there is so much on our minds, I wrote quite a few blogs last year about being overcome by thoughts, you are not alone. A good friend gave me a quote at the time which helped a bit, "Before you go to bed, give all your troubles to God - He'll be up all night anyway"
It may sound a little cliche but it's a good start. It says in Philippians 4:6-7 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
It's hard to just give it over to God but for the stuff that just seems to big to handle it's a good idea.
