Im a little concerned for you when i read that sort of thing!
I have not had a chance to speak to you very much lately but i am concerned. There is no courage in dying, not one bit, you should know that by your fathers efforts.

i believe that sometimes it can take soooooooooooooooo much more courage to keep on going with life than to die, cos we don't know what the future has in stall for us, but to die it's one of 2 options.
that quote is awesome and u should stick 2 it, it's funny how we can show our courage evryday just by taking wat life throws at us, good or bad, and keeping on keeping on. lol.
